Since the Annual General Meeting in April 2010, the Remuneration Committee has consisted of three members: Marcus Wallenberg, George Rose and Lena Treschow Torell. Lena Treschow Torell was Chairman of the committee. All of the members are independent of the company and the management. The General Counsel, Anne Gynnerstedt, was secretary to the Committee.
During 2010, the Remuneration Committee was particularly involved in a review of fixed and variable salaries and the creation of a performance share plan for senior executives and strategic key employees.
In 2010, the Committee held three meetings.
