Former positions: Håkan Buskhe began his career at Bilspedition. He then held several management positions within Carlsberg and Coca Cola and as Head of Europe at the transport and logistic company Schenker. After that he moved on to the energy company E.ON, most recently as CEO E.ON Nordic. Håkan Buskhe was appointed to President and CEO, Saab, September 1, 2010. Through his long career with a number of management and key positions, Håkan Buskhe has established a wide and global network.

Former positions: Former Head of the segment Systems and Products, Lena Olving holds a key position at Saab. Earlier in her career, she managed company-wide issues for Volvo Cars as a member of the group management and was responsible for the company’s operations in Asia. She has worked both on the commercial side, and as responsible for major production facilities. In 2009 she was appointed Sweden’s tenth most powerful woman by the magazine Veckans Affärer. In 2010 the same magazine named Lena to the most powerful woman in Swedish business.

Former positions: Lennart Sindahl is one of the most influential people in Saab’s aeronautics operations, with responsibility for both commercial and military aircraft development and production. He has been a member of the group management since 2008, prior to which he was business unit manager for Saab Aerosystems. During this period, he was also local manager of Saab’s operations in Linköping with responsibility for government and community relations in the region.

Former positions: Tomas Samuelsson has more than 30 years of experience from defence-related businesses. He held a number of management positions within the former Bofors/Celsius group and dealt mainly with production, marketing and financial issues. He served as president of Bofors Carl Gustaf AB before entering a position as Business unit manager, Saab Bofors Dynamics and Saab Underwater Systems.

Former positions: Micael Johansson’s career with the company started 26 years ago in defence operations at the former Ericsson Radio Systems. After various project and line management positions, he was appointed head of the division for presentation and reconnaissance systems in 1996. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President Operations of Saab Avitronics and after that his position was as Business unit manager, Saab Avitronics.

Former positions: Gunilla Fransson began her career at Saab as head of the former business unit Saab Communication. When Saab intensified its focus on civil security, she was named head of the new Saab Security business unit. She has international experience and has served as product and development manager with Ericsson, prior to joining Saab. In 2009 she was appointed Sweden’s 16th most powerful woman by the magazine Veckans Affärer.

Former positions: During his years at Saab, Jonas Hjelm has coordinated the company’s contacts and presence in the Swedish and European defence market and Saab’s contacts with policymakers. Former positions: Dan Jangblad started his career as a solid mechanics engineer, and thereafter moved on to a wide range of key positions within Saab. In 1997, he was appointed MD for the Swedish Space Corporation. Dan Jangblad returned to Saab and was in 2002 appointed Head of Strategy and business development at Saab, with responsibility for developing group-wide business. During his career, he has utilized his experience to oversee and structure complex processes.
